Our Team

Nadharia is led by a committed team of feminist organizers, care practitioners and community advocates who pour their time, skills and care into sustaining this work. Many of our team members draw from lived experience and deep community connection, showing up daily to respond to crisis, hold space and build pathways toward safety and wellbeing for sexual and gender minorities in Kenya.

Our work is shaped by intersectional feminist leadership and community-led practice. Team members work closely with community partners, volunteers and allies often beyond formal roles or hours to ensure our programs respond to both immediate needs and long-term empowerment.
